Introduction

ArthGrid Private Ltd operates ArthGrid, a personal-finance application. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, authentication provider, profile image, and verification status.
• Financial information you enter: transactions, categories, budgets, account and card details, lending records, shopping lists, investment holdings, and related notes.
• Security and device information: session identifiers, device identifiers, platform, IP address, user agent, and sign-in activity used to secure your account.
• Files you choose to provide: imported finance files and attachments used by features you initiate.

Account numbers and IFSC details are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

How we use information

We use information to provide the features you request, authenticate and secure your account, generate reports and calculations, maintain the service, communicate verification or security messages, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate ArthGrid, including hosting and database providers, email delivery services, Google when you choose Google Sign-In, OneSignal for enabled notifications, file-storage providers for uploads, and market-data providers for investment information. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you request account deletion, access is disabled during the displayed recovery period and the account and associated finance records are then permanently deleted, subject to limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or backup lifecycle constraints. You can start deletion at arthgrid.navneet.dev/delete-account.

Security

We use transport encryption, access controls, encrypted storage for designated sensitive fields, session revocation, and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may review and update profile and finance information in the app, control optional features, sign out of devices, and request account deletion. Contact us to ask a privacy question or exercise rights available in your jurisdiction.

Children

ArthGrid is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date and published version shown on this page identify the current policy.
