ArthGrid provides organizational tools, calculations, estimates, and informational market data. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee returns, prices, calculations, or financial outcomes. You remain responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and devices secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant ArthGrid Private Ltd the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information solely to operate and improve the service and meet legal obligations.

Account termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion from the app or at arthgrid.navneet.dev/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, or legal requirements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties. ArthGrid Private Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made using information shown by the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
